Payment

Noctua Designs’ online store operates through the PayPal Zettle online system, allowing me to safely accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as well as Paypal itself and Venmo. For shows or in-person pickups, I can accept cash, check (with proper identification), credit card, Venmo, or CashApp.

Items must be paid for in full before pickup or shipment. If you are commissioning a custom piece, I will ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit before beginning work, with the remainder due upon completion before shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within two weeks for a full refund. Custom orders may NOT be returned. Buyer pays return shipping unless the wrong item was sent.

Shipping

Items sent within the U.S. are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made at the time the order is placed. USPS First-Class shipping is free; you may also upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional charge. In-stock items will normally be shipped within three business days. Made-to-order and custom item shipping times will differ; we will notify you at the time of order when we expect to ship.
